Produktbeschreibung
Kaifeng Chuangxin 'Elektromagnetischer Durchflussmesser besteht aus Sensor und Konverter. Es ist in zwei Formen erhältlich: Kompakttyp und Remote-Typ. Der Remote-Typ benötigt außerdem ein spezielles, doppeltes Schichtkabel zum Anschließen des Konverters und des Sensors. Es gibt sieben Arten von Elektrodenmaterialien und vier Arten von Auskleidungsmaterialien für Sensoren.
Das Messprinzip des elektromagnetischen Durchflussmessers basiert auf dem Gesetz über das elektromagnetische Induktionsgesetz in Farady. Der Sensor besteht hauptsächlich aus Messrohr mit Isolatauskleidung, einem durch Eindringen der Messrohrwand, ein Spulenpaar und ein Eisenkern eingebautes Elektrodenpaar, um ein Arbeitsmagnetfeld zu erzeugen.
Merkmale:
Ø Nicht durch Flüssigkeitsdichte, Viskosität, Temperatur, Druck und Leitfähigkeit beeinflusst;
Ø Keine beweglichen Teile im Messrohr, kein Druckverlust und niedrigere Anforderungen für gerade Rohrabschnitte.
Ø B idirektionales Messsystem mit drei eingebauten Totalisierern, Vorwärts-Gesamt, umgekehrter Gesamt- und Differenz-Gesamt;
Ø Vorwärts- und Rückfluss anzeigen, mehrere Ausgänge: Strom, Impuls, digitale Kommunikation, Hart;
Ø Angemessene Auswahlmaterialien von Liner und Elektrode, ausgezeichnete Korrosionsbeständigkeit und Verschleißfestigkeit;
Ø E Xcitation -Modus C onverter mit LOW -Stromverbrauch , stabiler Nullpunkt und hoher Genauigkeit.
Ø Verwendung der Oberflächenmontage-Technologie (SMT) mit Selbsttest- und Selbstdiagnosealarmausgang, Alarmausgabe des leeren Lasterkennung, der oberen und unteren Grenze Alarmausgabe, der Batch-Steuerung und anderer Funktionen .
Ø Durch Infrarot -Touch -Tasten ist die Parametereinstellung bequem und die Programmierung zuverlässig .
