Tray Hot Air Oven Description

CT-C series Tray Model Hot Air Oven adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases to 35-40% . The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%.

Main Parts of Tray Kinds Dryer Oven

Externe Schrank

Das externe Schrank besteht aus rostfreien Blättern. Es deckt die innere Kammer ab.

Glaswolle-Isolierung.

Der Raum zwischen der Innenkammer und dem externen Schrank ist mit Glaswolle gefüllt. Es bietet eine Isolierung des Heißluftofens.

Innere Kammer

Die innere Kammer des Heißluftofens besteht aus Edelstahl.

Motorbetriebsgebläse

Es hilft, die Luft in der Kammer gleichmäßig zu zirkulieren. Der Lüfter ist der Hilfsteil des Obst-Heißlufttrocknungsofens mit der Leistung von 0,75 kW / Set. Die Materialien zur Herstellungslüfter sind Aluminiumlegierung oder Edelstahl.

Temperatursensor

Es misst die Temperatur innerhalb des Fruit-Heißluftofens und zeigt ihn auf dem Controller-Bildschirm an.

Fachwagen

Der Wagen lädt das Fach und bewegt sich in den Nahrungsmittelhieß-Heißlufttrocknerofen, die Backfahrzeuge und deren Räder bestehen aus Edelstahl. Ihre Anpassung ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Tablett

Sobald die gedrückten Backbahnen, sind speziell auf Hilfsprodukte für Heißluftzirkulationstrocknerofen entwickelt. Im Allgemeinen wird das Backblech mit der Standardgröße von 640 * 460 * 45mm hergestellt und kann auch nach Kundenwunsch anpassen.

Temperaturregler: Es behält die genaue Temperatur während des gesamten Zyklus bei. Es steuert auch die Temperatur und zeigt auch die Temperaturwerte an.
